Oppose Fast Track and the TPP!

Save our Environment and Health! Write your representatives and senators to oppose fast track and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). Act soon before the empire takes away all of our rights.

Fast track prevents amendments and discussion in Congress, which makes it easier for corporate lobbyists to pressure politicians. TPP is a trade deal that overrides our local laws that protect wildlife, wetlands, endangered species, human health, and jobs. Current laws that protect dolphins, ban toxic ingredients in food, limit fracking, limit air and water pollution, require safe working conditions, allow labels such as GMO free and organic, ban whale and endangered species products, and so on—these all can be overturned by secret tribunals composed of corporate lawyers. It is hard to make up something worse than this. While they claim there are some mechanisms to protect the environment and health, they are just camouflage—they are unenforceable.
