link  Dolphins, turtles, manatees, and fish were dying this past summer due to the "red tides" on Florida's coasts.  These toxic blooms were accelerated by the agricultural waste that the then governor, now senator, Scott allowed to be dumped into lakes and rivers.  Gov. Scott also cut down the regulations, funding, and personnel to manage waste.  So water, wildlife, tourism, and human health suffered.
